CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS:

- Because of Hurricane damage to his home, Miguel Fontenot will not be coming out here in October.  Instead, he'll be taking care of things at home.  Most likely, he'll reschedule for later in the year.

Fernest Arceneaux, lead accordionist for Fernest and the Thunders, passed away on September 4, 2008 at the age of 68 in Lafayette, Louisiana.  Below is a link that contains more information.

Condolences also to the family of Louisiana's Bruce Daigrepont (Cajun musician) whose parents were killed while evacuating from New Orleans due to Hurricane Gustav.  Below is a link to the newspaper article.
